All items purchased from FineLine Antiques
are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of
loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier.

Please note, the items in our shop can
range up to 100 years old, sometimes older. Many
items have been used. As a result, some evidence of a long, loving
history may be visible.
However we do our best to
represent and describe our merchandise
accurately as to its age and condition. We will note flaws, if any, and
refer you to photographs for viewing of any problem. Additional
photographs can be emailed to you upon request. Please ask any
